Smoke and Bubbles

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz mezcal
2 oz pink grapefruit juice
¾ oz simple syrup
½ oz lime juice
1.5 oz Castello del Poggio Prosecco Doc
Garnish with grapefruit wedge

Instructions

Add all the ingredients except the Prosecco into a shaker, add ice and shake.
Strain into a Highball glass filled with ice, top with Prosecco, gentle stir and garnish.
