INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz. Castello del Poggio Moscato
- 1 ½ oz. Tequila
- 1 ½ oz. Pineapple juice
- 3 small rounds jalapeño
Instructions
- Muddle the jalapeño at the bottom of a mixing glass.
- Add tequila and pineapple juice with ice and shake well.
- Strain into martini glass. Top with Moscato.
GARNISH
- Pineapple and jalapeno slice.
