  • 3 oz. Castello del Poggio Moscato
  • 1 ½ oz. Tequila
  • 1 ½ oz. Pineapple juice
  • 3 small rounds jalapeño


  • Muddle the jalapeño at the bottom of a mixing glass.
  • Add tequila and pineapple juice with ice and shake well.
  • Strain into martini glass. Top with Moscato.


  • Pineapple and jalapeno slice.
